1.	Why can't I see the wholesale prices?
	You need to be logged in, and we nned to have a copy of your reseller tax certificate or ID number on file. If you are a new customer, simply create an account, and call or email us with the information. If you are a returning customer, please let us know if you do not see the discounted pricing, as we are moving our database over to our new system.

2.	Can I oder from your site without a reseller tax certificate?
	Yes, you can. However, you will be charge full retail price and must still order the required minimum amount as resellers. Many of our items can be found on our retail site, www.derbygifts.com , or at our storefront in Louisville, KY - Derby and Equestrian Gifts.

3.	What is "Add to Inquiry"?
	It is the same as "Add to Cart", except we do not require an order to place an inquiry. If you would like to order the product, simply input your credit card information and we can place the order for you. Shipping and handling will be calculated depending on delivery and where you are located (we don't stock all items at our Louisville location).

4.	How is shipping calculated?
	Shipping is calculated when we fulfill the order. Some exclusive items we offer come directly from the manufacturer, so the shipping cost vary depending on where you are in the country. Items we ship from our wharehouse in Louisville, KY, will be coming from zip code 40222.

5.	How do you ship perishables?
	Due to the variances in weather and seasons, we package orders with perishable food or chocolates, etc. with cold packs to ensure intact delivery.
